This is so incredibly sad... And scary.
When I was pregnant I had a recurring nightmare that I will put my baby in the trunk (no idea why) and forget him there . It only went away after my husband pointed out that he won't fit in my trunk - I hade a Mini Cooper
I've never forgot him in the car . I can imagine how it would happen though .... Stress, toddler asleep and boom. I've spent many hours hunched over with my laptop in the parking lot because I was waiting for him to wake up. I've also once forgot that he was strapped to my back in an ergo and slammed him into a door frame a little. He never even woke up :)
But I have it easy compared to most moms , working or otherwise .
This is so sad... So scary :(
