Obviously they're fake, but not all fake boobs are that particular shape. All the implants I've seen were more round rather than pointy.

And, you know, there's also the taste level.

У неё просто осанка хорошая! Я видела еще лучший образец в прошлые выходные. Там девушка лет 18 была, точно не фейк, а вот такие же конусы. Думаю еще белье им способствует. =)
