I've been craving ochazuke and I made it today, even though I was out of nori and wasabi. I grilled the salmon on my cast iron griddle with coarse salt, it was just dry enough. Even though my rice wine vinegar was too sweet and the Chinese green tea a little bitter, it totally hit the spot.
